Thank you for choosing Opulence Coffee!


We roast your beans fresh once your online order is received. Please allow 2-3 days before your coffee leaves our premises. This time duration covers roasting of the beans, resting, packaging, and handing over to the courier.


Due to the pandemic and high delivery demand, there may be minor delays. We will try our best to have your coffee delivered within 6-8 days, but Opulence Coffee and the carriers cannot guarantee the expected shipping time. 


Shipping will be standard with Canada Post.

Opulence Coffee will cover the shipping fees for all orders above $55.

International shipping is always a possibility. Crossing borders and oceans is an additional cost. If you would like to inquire about international shipping, please email us at orders@opulencecoffee.com.


In case of cancellation of orders, please do so on the same day of purchase.

Please send us an email at orders@opulencecoffee.com for any changes you require in the shipping address within 24h.


We roast to order for optimal freshness. These beans are perishable products and non-refundable. 

In the event of any mistake occurred on our part, please let us know at orders@opulencecoffee.com. We will promptly correct any error.


A friendly reminder.

Keep in mind that a knife could cut through a bag of coffee. When opening your package, please be careful. Try not to use a blade, as we pack our boxes with kraft tape to facilitate the box opening surgery process.
