He sources his beans from Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Burundi and all the coffee must be either sustainable, fair-trade, or organic. Dealing with farmers directly is his favorite part. “You can really feel the love of coffee and the passion of growing a proper plant when you deal directly with the farmer himself.” JP says. “And by roasting pretty much every day, I can’t offer fresher coffee than this” he adds.
